In the early morning of the 14th, a fire broke out in a large warehouse of a logistics company in Moriya City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

Around 2:30 am on the 14th, the delivery company reported to the fire department that there was a fire in the warehouse of the logistics company "Azuma Logistics" in Yurigaoka 1-chome, Moriya City.



According to the fire department, 23 firefighting vehicles are working to extinguish the fire, but it is still burning as of 5:30 pm on the 15th, 39 hours after the report, and there is no prospect of extinguishing the fire.



In the video taken by NHK's helicopter at the site after 3:00 pm on the 15th, smoke and flames can still be seen from the warehouse.



The roof seems to have collapsed, and there are parts where the framework is exposed.



You can also see firefighters using ladder trucks to spray water.



The warehouse is made of steel and stores rubber gloves and masks.



No one was working at the time, and no one was injured.



Also, there is no spread of fire to the surrounding area.



The site is located near Moriya Station on the Tsukuba Express, where many factories gather.
