The leaking water pipe has undermined the ground under the road's asphalt.
The hole in the asphalt is about twice three meters large, but significantly larger underneath, reports SVT's Anna Beijron from the site.
It is currently unclear whether the leak has anything to do with the heavy rainfall over the past 24 hours.
The hole measures about 2x3 meters but is significantly larger under the asphalt.
