A Kuwaiti citizen in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer area deliberately rammed his neighbors' cars due to the refusal of their daughter's betrothal to him, as he destroyed all their cars.

According to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai, the victims complained about him to the police station, where a case of destroying the money of others was registered against him, and he was arrested by the detectives and it turned out that he was a demobilized officer from a military institution with a high rank.
