Today, the Court of Appeal postponed the appeal submitted in the second case of the murderer of the citizenship, “Farah Akbar”, on charges of kidnapping and placing a tracking device in her vehicle, against the sentence of 15 years in prison and a fine of 5,000 dinars until the January 30 session for review.

According to Al-Qabas newspaper, the defense of the heirs of the victim, Lawyer Abdulmohsen Al-Qattan, had confirmed in his defense the availability of the elements of the crime of kidnapping stipulated in Article 178 against the accused, indicating that he had deliberately monitored the victim by placing an electronic device in her car to monitor her movements and know her whereabouts. In this way, he knew her whereabouts on the day of the incident, so he went to the place of the incident, and waited nearby where her car was.
