Earlier, Kim Jong-un called for combating non-revolutionary behavior such as abuse of power and red tape during a meeting of the secretariat of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Those present at the meeting discussed measures to tighten discipline and combat non-revolutionary actions.
