People's Power Supreme Councilor Kim Jae-won criticized CEO Lee Jun-seok's promises to test candidates for public office.
In an interview with YTN Radio today (17th), Supreme Commissioner Kim said, selecting candidates for public office through a qualification test "does not match the great principle of popular sovereignty."
Supreme Commissioner Kim said, "Election is not an examination system, but a system made to be elected by the people."
Kim pointed out, "Even if they didn't study, I've seen a lot of leaders who share their sorrows with the people and reflect them in their policies."
He also emphasized, "If you go to the area, you will see many good people as elected officials even if you do not go to school or have ever been near a computer," he said.
