The

hero

is the subject of a two-man complaint, according to Variety on Wednesday.

They claim to have been victims of sexual violence when they were only 14 years old in the 1980s.

The first is Anthony Rapp, who claimed in 2017 that Kevin Spacey had sexually assaulted him when he was 14, in 1986. The second plaintiff, who remained anonymous, calls himself CD, according to the specialist magazine.

, he claims to have been a victim in 1981. He would have met him when he was 12 years old and would have seen him again two years later.

Psychological consequences

According to the complaint, they allegedly had sex on several occasions.

CD claims to have pushed him away several times before fleeing when they last met.

The two complainants claim to suffer from psychological consequences.

Charges against Kevin Spacey, charged with indecent assault and sexual assault in the US state of Massachusetts, were dropped in 2019, but he remains the subject of further investigations in the US and England.

The career of the 59-year-old actor has stalled since the first charges of sexual assault against him in November 2017.

The wave of accusations that hit Kevin Spacey corresponded with the emergence of the #MeToo movement, born out of the Harvey Weinstein affair.
