Kadyrov boasts of his forces, and stresses: We will carry out Putin's orders under any circumstances!

Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of Russia's Chechnya region and an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, said that Chechen fighters have deployed in Ukraine, and urged Ukrainians to overthrow their government.

In a video posted online, Kadyrov boasted that Chechen units had not suffered any casualties so far and said that Russian forces could easily take control of large Ukrainian cities, including the capital, Kiev, but that their mission was to avoid casualties.

He said: "Until today, up to this point, not one of our men has been killed, not injured, or even one man has caught a cold," denying what he said were false reports from Ukrainian sources about casualties.

"President Putin made the right decision, and we will carry out his orders under any circumstances," he added.
