The National Judo Association unanimously forfeit former judo national leader Wang Ki-chun, who was arrested on charges of sexual assault of a minor.

Yudo held a sports fair committee in the conference room of Bangi-dong Sports Club in Songpa-gu, Seoul to discuss the discipline of Wang Ki-chun.

Chairman of the Sports Fair, Kim Hye-eun explained, "It was recognized that Wang Ki-chun improperly had sexual relations with a minor, whether sexually assaulted or not.
Eight of the nine members attended the Korea Fair Commission and unanimously decided to permanently remove Wang Ki-chun.

Wang Ki-chun explained in writing without attending the FTC, and Chairman Kim did not disclose the explanation.

Wang Ki-chun, who won a silver medal at the 73kg class in the Beijing Olympics in 2008, is under investigation for being charged with sexual assault of a minor.

The judo group also decided on the disciplinary level for female athlete A, who was caught while driving back a car while drunk on the 17th of last month and was arrested for drunk driving.

The Judo Association's Fair Commissioner said, "The fact that drinking is admitted, but based on the eyewitness testimony, Player A decided to reprimand a disciplinary officer in consideration of the fact that he was about 1m behind the parking lot and was caught by the police."
