The three incumbent judges who were indicted on the charge of judicial nonsense were acquitted by the Supreme Court following the first and second trial.
The second part of the Supreme Court confirmed today (25th) the lower court of acquittal in the appeals trial of Shin Kwang-ryeol, Jo Eui-yeon, and Seong Chang-ho, who were charged with leaking official secrets.
They were accused of collecting and reporting the relevant investigation situation to the Court Administration to prevent the investigation aimed at judges at the time of the so-called 'Jung Woon-ho Gate' in 2016.
