As noted, depending on the role and degree of participation, 12 persons involved in the case of the attack on Eldzharkiev were charged with committing crimes under Part 1, 2 of Art. 205.4, item "b", part 3 of Art. 205, part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Organization of a terrorist community and participation in it", "Terrorist act resulting in the deliberate infliction of death on a person", "Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of weapons, its main parts, ammunition, committed by an organized group" ).
As stated in the UK, the investigators received evidence that the said community was created to force the security officials "to refuse to identify and solve crimes committed and committed by leaders and other members" of the community, as well as by people from their environment.
“By terrorist acts, expressed in the executions of Ibragim Eldzharkiev with the police and Rosgvardia officers who followed him in January 2019 in the Republic of Ingushetia, and with his brother in November 2019 in Moscow, the attackers intended to cause fear among law enforcement officers for their lives and health and the safety of loved ones, as well as panic among the population of the republic, ”the message says.
Members of the community are in custody, one of the defendants is on the international wanted list.
Earlier, the Investigative Committee qualified the attacks on Eldzharkiev as a terrorist act.
On November 2, 2019, in Moscow, the head of the "E" center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia and his brother were killed in an armed attack.
