73 women and 53 men have been fined and some of them received several fines, according to the police, who now say they are finished with the investigation into the corona scandal around 10 Downing Street.

The investigation concerns the events held by employees of the British government during the pandemic, when the people were otherwise urged to stay at home and stay away from other people.

The exact amount for each fine has not been confirmed, but can be between 30 and up to 10,000 pounds, corresponding to around 124,000 kronor.

So far, Johnson, his wife Carrie Johnson and Finance Minister Rishi Sunak, among others, have been fined.

Johnson's fine was £ 50 and he has said he will announce if he is sentenced to an additional fine.

He has apologized for the events but dismissed all demands for his resignation.
