Trains such as KTX have been delayed for up to 50 minutes because of the heavy rains in Daejeon and flooding the entire Daejeon line.
According to the Korea Railroad, today (30th), around 4 am, some of the tracks passing the Daejeon area were flooded.
Due to flooding, KTX, SRT, and local trains on the upper and lower lines and regular trains on the upper and lower lines of the Honam and Jeolla Lines are currently delayed by 10-50 minutes.
An official from the Korea Railroad said, "Train passengers should check the train departure time in advance."
