Parents or other guardians are responsible for implementing family education

There are many kinds of content and methods of family education, which content and which method is correct?

The content of family education mainly includes: cultivating the sense of community of the Chinese nation and the feelings of family and country; cultivating good social ethics, family virtues and personal ethics; cultivating scientific exploration and innovation consciousness; cultivating good study habits and behavior habits; cultivating self-protection awareness And ability; cultivate the concept of loving labor, etc.

The state does not intervene excessively but must have certain support measures
Family education becomes a national matter through legislation, and a set of working mechanisms needs to be established to promote it.
In this regard, the Family Education Promotion Law provides that: people’s governments at all levels guide family education work; women and children’s work agencies of people’s governments at or above the county level organize, coordinate, guide, and urge relevant departments to do a good job in family education; education administrative departments, women’s federations Undertake the daily affairs of family education according to the division of responsibilities; the spiritual civilization construction department, public security, civil affairs and other relevant departments do a good job in family education within their respective responsibilities.

The main responsibility of family education lies in the family. The state does not interfere excessively, but certain support measures are needed.
In this regard, the Family Education Promotion Law provides for six aspects:
People's governments at or above the county level formulate special plans for family education work, incorporate family education guidance services into the urban and rural public service system and the catalog of government purchased services, and include relevant funds in the fiscal budget.
The State Council organizes relevant departments to formulate a national family education guidance program, and the provincial people’s government or city-level people’s government where conditions permit organizes relevant departments to compile family education guidance textbooks and formulate corresponding family education work norms.
The people’s government at or above the provincial level shall coordinate the construction of a shared service platform for family education information, and the people’s government at or above the county level shall determine the family education guidance agency, organize the establishment of a professional team of family education guidance services, carry out family education services, and provide families with certain difficulties in family education , Especially for families with left-behind minors and minors in distress, providing targeted family education services.
The marriage registration agencies, adoption registration agencies, child welfare agencies, and minor rescue and protection agencies of the civil affairs departments provide family education and guidance in conjunction with their own work.
State agencies, enterprises and institutions, group organizations, and social organizations incorporate family style construction into unit cultural construction, and support employees to participate in family education activities.
Encourage institutions of higher learning to set up family education courses, train family education professionals, support natural persons, legal persons, and unincorporated organizations to donate or provide voluntary services for family education.
