  Parents or other guardians are responsible for implementing family education

  There are many kinds of content and methods of family education, which content and which method is correct?

  Family education becomes a national matter through legislation, and a set of working mechanisms needs to be established to promote it.

  In this regard, the Family Education Promotion Law provides that: people’s governments at all levels guide family education work; women and children’s work agencies of people’s governments at or above the county level organize, coordinate, guide, and urge relevant departments to do a good job in family education; education administrative departments, women’s federations Undertake the daily affairs of family education according to the division of responsibilities; the spiritual civilization construction department, public security, civil affairs and other relevant departments do a good job in family education within their respective responsibilities.

In this regard, the Family Education Promotion Law provides for six aspects:

  People's governments at or above the county level formulate special plans for family education work, incorporate family education guidance services into the urban and rural public service system and the catalog of government purchased services, and include relevant funds in the fiscal budget.

  State agencies, enterprises and institutions, group organizations, and social organizations incorporate family style construction into unit cultural construction, and support employees to participate in family education activities.

  Encourage institutions of higher learning to set up family education courses, train family education professionals, support natural persons, legal persons, and unincorporated organizations to donate or provide voluntary services for family education.
