Ukraine has just celebrated its 30 years of independence, and on the occasion of a grand parade, on August 24, the inhabitants of Kiev communed with their soldiers, both male and female.

In the ranks of the army, the faces of women are more and more numerous, while Ukraine, it must be remembered, is the only country in Europe at war, struggling for seven years with Russia in the Donbass.

And now, female soldiers and veterans no longer hesitate to speak out.
