Faced with a worrying resurgence of the pandemic, several European countries are organizing to try to stop a "second wave" of epidemics and limit its progression, in order to avoid a devastating containment for the economy.

China, where the new coronavirus first appeared at the end of 2019, has for several months contained the epidemic on its soil thanks to strict controls, the wearing of generalized masks, containment measures and tracing applications.
