The Ministry of Public Security recently introduced that in the past five years, a total of 451,000 drug-related crimes have been cracked across the country, 588,000 drug-related suspects have been arrested, and 305 tons of drugs have been seized. The average annual decline in drug cases in China has reached more than 20% for five consecutive years.
The latest "2021 China Drug Situation Report" shows that there are 1.486 million drug addicts in China, down 17.5% year-on-year; 121,000 new drug addicts were discovered, down 21.7% year-on-year.
China has regulated 449 kinds of narcotics and psychotropic substances, making it the country with the most narcotics and the strictest control in the world.
Anti-narcotics police have always been one of the most dangerous types of police officers in the police force. They have been in the police force and confronted the vicious drug dealers with knives and guns countless times.
Yet more narcotics operations are far more dangerous than we've seen.
