His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, has ordered the release of a number of correctional and punitive inmates in Umm Al Quwain who have been sentenced to prison terms and fines and are serving various penalties on the occasion of Eid Al Adha. His Highness the Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain expressed his wishes for the released people for a good return to society and public life. The matter of pardoning the inmates comes within the framework of His Highness’s keenness to give the released the opportunity to start a new life and to bring joy and joy to the hearts of their families during Eid Al-Adha.
His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, also ordered the release of 110 prisoners from the Punitive and Correctional Institution in Ras Al Khaimah who are serving various penalties and who have been sentenced in various cases, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.
This comes within the framework of the keenness of His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah to give the released prisoners an opportunity to start a new life.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Judicial Council, directed that the necessary measures be taken to implement the order of His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah to release those covered by the amnesty.
