Race against time to find the missing submarine

April 25, 2021 The Indonesian military submarine that disappeared last Wednesday in the Bali Sea was found. The Indonesian authorities have made it known, adding that the 53 crew members are all dead.
On Saturday, the remaining hopes of finding the 53 men of the crew of the submarine, engaged in exercises off the coast of Bali, were exhausted. A piece of a torpedo, a bottle of grease used to lubricate the telescope and a prayer mat had been found by the rescue teams: few objects, but enough to ascertain that the submarine has sunk. And even if the people on board managed to escape to the watertight compartments, there was only enough oxygen for three days.
