Al-Saraya added, in a statement on its Telegram account, that the missiles came in response to the assassination of the leader, Khaled Mansour.

Earlier today, the brigades announced that they had targeted the Palmachim base, Ashdod, Beersheba, Ashkelon, Netivot, Mfalasem, Mifthimim, and all the settlements of the envelope adjacent to Gaza.

And Israeli warplanes assassinated a prominent leader in the Al-Quds Brigades, Khaled Mansour, yesterday, Saturday, in air raids that targeted a house consisting of several floors in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

The occupation had assassinated the leader, Tayseer al-Jabari, on August 5, 2022, by bombing a residential apartment on the seventh floor of the Palestine Tower building located on Al-Shuhada Street (west of Gaza).

The Israeli escalation on Gaza resulted in the death of 31 Palestinians, including 6 children and 4 women, and the injury of 275 others, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
