According to data released by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics on the 14th, in the second quarter of this year, small and medium-sized enterprises above designated size in Beijing achieved operating income of RMB 258.942 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 10.2%; operating profit of RMB 111.05 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 7.1%; and absorbing 2.865 million jobs People, a year-on-year decrease of 7.2%.
Compared with the first quarter of this year, in the second quarter of this year, the operating income of small and medium-sized enterprises above designated size in Beijing doubled from 1106.96 billion yuan in the first quarter, and the year-on-year decline was significantly narrower than the 19.1% in the first quarter; operating profit increased from the first quarter's- 22.98 billion yuan was converted to 111.05 billion yuan.
According to data, in the second quarter of this year, Beijing's medium-sized enterprises achieved operating income of 166.224 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.8%; small enterprises achieved operating income of 744.20 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 15.8%; micro-enterprises achieved operating income of 182.97 billion yuan. In terms of registration types, in the second quarter of this year, domestic-funded enterprises achieved operating income of 215.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.1%; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-invested enterprises achieved operating income of 195.16 billion yuan, an increase of 10.8% year-on-year; foreign-invested enterprises achieved operating income of 240.26 billion yuan , A year-on-year decrease of 6.1%.
In terms of industries, in the second quarter of this year, the information transmission, software, and information technology service industries maintained a growth momentum, achieving operating income of 313.07 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.9%. The accommodation and catering industry, culture, sports and entertainment, as well as the leasing and business service industries slowed down, achieving operating income of 13.18 billion yuan, 25.77 billion yuan, and 251.64 billion yuan respectively, down 55.4%, 43.1%, and 20.7% year-on-year.
Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia, the Beijing Municipality has intensively introduced a series of policies and measures to support the resumption of work and production of enterprises. The reporter learned that the six-year implementation of the "Regulations of Beijing Municipality on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" has been revised, involving first loan renewal services, policy financing guarantees, regional equity market construction, and increasing the proportion of government procurement.
