“The blow was inflicted on the bridge.

The booth of the builders who made the bridge burned down, part of the equipment was a concrete mixer, ”TASS quoted Stremousov as saying.

In this regard, the opening of the bridge "will be somewhat delayed," he said.

Earlier, Stremousov said that the Russian air defense system on the night of Thursday, August 4, repelled another attempt by the Ukrainian military to strike at the Antonovsky Bridge.

The Russian military organized a crossing across the Dnieper near the Antonovsky bridge, which was closed due to Ukrainian shelling.
