Three years of work

It's urgent.

The building has been abandoned for many years.

The facade is decrepit, there are no more windows, the humidity is everywhere.

"We can't go inside, it's too dangerous," explains Antoine-Marie Préaut, regional curator of historical monuments in Île-de-France.

The Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs (DRAC) of Île-de-France would like this house, which is on the property of the Saria company, to be classified as a historical monument this year.

The process takes a year.

The renovation work could then take about three years.
