According to the dynamic management requirements of the "Convenient Channel" pilot work plan, if more than 10 local confirmed cases occur on the island within 14 consecutive days, the "Convenient Channel" measures for the entire Taiwan area will be suspended.
The announcement stated that in view of the number of newly confirmed cases in Taiwan that have recently appeared, the conditions for carrying out the relevant pilot work at the original time are no longer available, and it is decided to make corresponding adjustments to the pilot work for the implementation of the "convenient passage" for Taiwan compatriots to come to Fujian for quarantine. It will be implemented in due course after the epidemic situation in Taiwan meets the requirements of dynamic management.
Earlier, Fujian announced on April 29 that it would implement a pilot program of "convenient channels" for quarantine of "2 days of concentrated medical observation + 19 days of closed-loop management" for Taiwan compatriots coming to Fujian to enter Fujian from May 10.

For residents of Kinmen and Matsu who come to Fujian via the "mini three links" passenger transport, they must have no more than 28 days before entering the country, no history of residence outside of Matsu, and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days before entry, and they will be regarded as low risk in mainland China. With regard to epidemic prevention at ports, qualified Taiwanese compatriots will be transported to designated hotels in a closed loop after receiving port quarantine for 2 days of medical observation, and undergo a nucleic acid test and serum antibody test on the second day of isolation.
In terms of destination supervision, the closed-loop management of "accommodation place-unit" two points and one line is implemented, which is 19 days while observing and working.
