In Novosibirsk, on suspicion of treason, the head of the laboratory of NSU Kolker was arrested

This is reported by TASS with reference to the administration of the judicial department of the Novosibirsk region.

“A measure of restraint has been chosen in the form of detention against Kolker Dmitry Borisovich, suspected of committing a crime under article 275 of the Criminal Code of Russia until August 29, 2022,” the press service said.

According to relatives of the detainee, he is accused of collaborating with Chinese intelligence services while he was lecturing at an international conference in China.

Kolker was taken to the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center.
