173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, ”the agency cites the police report.
The activist is now facing a fine, or community service, or correctional labor, or administrative arrest.
As the agency points out, the woman, being without underwear, lifted her skirt and began to blow a whistle.
The skirt bore the inscription "Zexist".
Earlier in Ukraine, elections of mayors of cities, rural and township heads, deputies to city, district and regional councils started.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky have already cast their votes in local elections.
