The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has downgraded its global economic growth forecast for this year from 6% to 5.9% due to disruptions in global supply chains caused by COVID-19.



We have lowered our economic growth forecast for the developed countries this year from an average of 5.6% to 5.2%, including lowering the US growth forecast from 7% to 6%.



On the other hand, Korea's growth rate remained unchanged from the previous forecast of 4.3%.
