After just over an hour, Iceland acknowledged.

After a long throw, which several Swedes misjudged, Elin Metta Jensen stayed ahead and nodded the ball over Zecira Musovic, made her first A-international match from the start, for 1-1.

A couple of minutes after the equalizer, Anna Anvegård had the chance to give Sweden the lead when she with quick feet got to a finish, which, however, did not have enough power but Sandra Sigurdardottir could tip the ball to the corner.

Two rib hits for Iceland at the end

A quarter of an hour from the end, Iceland had two rib hits in connection with a corner, but a hard-working Musovic saw the ball pass over it.

Shortly afterwards, Musovic managed to get out at the last minute and was able to knock the ball away in front of Sveindi's Jane Jonsdottir who had almost caught up with Magdalena Eriksson's for a short shot back pass.

Anna Anvegård made 1-0 against Iceland in the group final in the European Championship qualifier in Reykjavík.

Sofia Jakobsson unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide.

Anvegård took the lead and cut in 1-0 on half volley in the 33rd minute.

Here, Anvegård makes 1-0 for Sweden

Shortly afterwards, Iceland celebrated that they made it 1-1, but during major protests, the goal was rejected by Sara Björk Gunnarsdottir and Sweden's leadership stood their ground.

On the replays, the saw goal looked completely correct, but the referee thought that the Icelanders had gone hard against Zecira Musovic in the goal and awarded a Swedish free kick.

- I had been crazy about the forest right now, they are deprived of a goal.

It is Musovic who must be stronger there, said SVT's expert Daniel Nannskog.
