All three have been vaccinated twice and are mild or asymptomatic and are hospitalized according to national policy.

It is the first time that infection with Omicron strain has been confirmed in Hyogo prefecture, and all three have no history of overseas travel and the infection route is unknown, so the prefecture is considered to be a community-acquired infection.
