On August 30, Hunan Zhangjiajie Airport resumed navigation.

At 9:16 in the morning, Juneyao Airlines HO1819, the first inbound flight from Hangzhou, landed smoothly at Zhangjiajie Airport. After a 50-minute stop, it departed for Kunming, marking the official restoration of Zhangjiajie’s “air passage”.

Affected by this round of the epidemic, Zhangjiajie Airport has completely cancelled flights since July 31, and has been in closed operation during this period.

In order to accelerate the recovery of the tourism market after the epidemic, Zhangjiajie Airport plans to deploy early, warm up the market in advance, actively coordinate capacity, strive for policy support, and speed up the restoration of domestic passenger flights. It is expected that in mid-September, the number of daily flights will basically return to before the epidemic level.
