The latest data from the Real Estate Registry Statistics (ERI) released by the College of Property Registrars for the first quarter of this year, including the fortnight in which the state of alarm was decreed, reflect that the sale of homes in general with respect to the same period of 2019 would have suffered a decrease of 4.86% , although attending to the previous quarter an increase of 8.49% would have been experienced, reaching 127,357 transactions.
