together with the sugar, the lemon juice, the coconut milk and the coconut liquor;

everything and put it in a bowl.

we whip the cream,
which we have to keep very cold, and we add it little by little to the previous mixture, integrating it with enveloping movements.
Pour the mixture into the
refrigerator
and start it for approximately 30 minutes, it depends on the type of refrigerator, it is best to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
We pour the ice cream into a container, we will remove it a few minutes before serving it.
Cover and put in the freezer for at least
a couple of hours.
CHEESECAKE AND CARROT ICE CREAM
Ingredients
250 g cream cheese
370 g of condensed milk
500 ml of whipping cream
Carrot jam
Elaboration
In a bowl we put the cream cheese together with the condensed milk and mix well until we get a homogeneous mixture.
On the other hand, we whip the cream, which we have to keep very cold.
And once it is assembled, we add it little by little to the cheese mixture, integrating it gently.
Finally, we pour the mixture into the refrigerator and start it for approximately 30 minutes, it depends on the type of refrigerator, it is best to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
We put half of the ice cream in the bottom of a container, on it we add a few tablespoons of carrot jam and with the help of a toothpick we stir slightly.
We put the rest of the ice cream on top and finish with a little more jam.
We put it in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.
And we will take it out a few minutes before serving it.
MELON ICE CREAM
Ingredients
400 g of melon without skin
Juice of half a lemon
200 ml whipping cream
100g sugar
Elaboration
In the blender we put the melon together with the lemon juice and crush it.
We put it in a bowl.
On the other hand, we start to whip the cream, which we have to keep very cold, when it starts to whip we add the sugar while beating.
When it is firm we add it little by little to the melon mixture, integrating it gently.
Finally, we pour the mixture into the refrigerator and start it for approximately 30 minutes, it depends on the type of refrigerator, it is best to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
We pour the ice cream into a container, we will remove it a few minutes before serving it.
Cover and put in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.
