There was a large media gathering on site in the Court of Appeal for Western Sweden in Gothenburg.
Several relatives of murdered Wilma were also present.
When the prosecutor read out the so-called description of the crime, which contained details of how he believes she was murdered, it provoked strong reactions from Wilma's relatives.
The accused then sat seemingly unmoved and listened.
