At present, 18 cement companies, 3 flat glass companies, and 13 ceramic companies have completed ultra-low emission renovations, which has greatly reduced pollutant emissions.
In terms of project emission reduction, Hebei Province will further implement the ultra-low emission transformation of 18 flat glass companies, 38 cement companies, and 54 ceramic companies, and promote the comprehensive renovation of 1,874 industrial furnaces. In terms of structural emission reduction, Hebei Province will strictly control new production capacity in industries with excess capacity, and implement capacity replacement, coal replacement, and multiple reductions in pollutant emissions in new, rebuilt, and expanded projects.
