Heavy rain advisories have been issued for Ganghwa and Paju, while heavy rain advisories have also been issued for parts of Seoul, Incheon, and Gimpo.
The Korea Meteorological Administration announced that as of 11:20 pm on the 21st, a heavy rain advisory is in effect for the southwestern part of Seoul, including Yangcheon-gu, Guro-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu and Dongjak-gu, Incheon, and Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do.
A heavy rain advisory is issued when 60 mm of rainfall for 3 hours or more than 110 mm of rainfall for 12 hours is expected.
The Korea Meteorological Administration has urged people to prepare for river flooding, etc. and to be aware of accidents.
