He also added that 70,000 Chechens are ready to fight for Russia.
Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky, during a video message, invited Russian leader Vladimir Putin to sit down at the negotiating table.
Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov noted that Putin is ready to send a Russian delegation to Minsk for negotiations with Ukraine.
