He rejected the lawsuit of the daughter of the artist Rashwan Tawfik against her father

Aya had written to her father a general power of attorney and said that she was surprised by his use and exploitation of the power of attorney without her knowledge by issuing two division contracts for the two chalets that are the subject of the case, the purpose of which is to end the state of commonality between her and her two sisters, and for her father to sign the division contracts in his capacity as the representative of the student, in which he assigned the student a share less than her real specified share. In the two sales contracts, and demanded the nullification of the division contracts, dated 08/20/2020 and 08/22/2020.
