Harry and Megan urge Britain to confront racism

"The Evening Standard" newspaper quoted British Prince Harry and his wife Megan as calling for Britain to seize the opportunity to confront racism, which they said restricts young people of color.

Harry said in an interview with the newspaper that Britain would be a better place if the absorption of whites for people of "different skin color" increased.

Harry and Megan, or the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have spoken publicly several times about race issues since they stepped down from their official role in the royal family and moved to California.

Megan said in June that she regrets little kids growing up in a world in which racism still exists. She described the events in the United States after the death of black citizen George Floyd after police arrested him as "horrific".
