  In 1993, Jin Mouxu, a criminal suspect who had just turned 19 years old, and others created a major criminal case in Daowai District, Harbin, killing a man.

His co-case has long been captured and sentenced, while Kim Mouxu has been absconding.

  For more than 20 years, the Harbin police have never given up their pursuit of Jin Mouxu.

In 2017, the case ushered in a turning point. The police handling the case found that Jin Mouxu had changed his identity and fled abroad.

The Harbin police immediately issued a "red notice" through the superior department to carry out bilateral police cooperation to gradually grasp the location of Jin Mouxu's hiding abroad, and finally successfully escorted the murder fugitive Jin Mouxu back to China.

  At present, the criminal suspect Jin Mouxu is being detained in isolation according to the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control policy, and the case is being further processed.
