  Starting from August 7, passengers who have no travel history in the province's epidemic-related cities, counties (districts) within 7 days, and 2 negative nucleic acid tests within 48 hours (once a day), can purchase tickets only after meeting the above conditions, and only after inspection at the airport. Outlying islands can be boarded.

  Starting from August 15, the boarding and outlying island inspection policy will be announced separately after evaluation and research.

  The stranded passengers who have one of the following conditions will not return for the time being: positive infection; close contacts and close contacts; passengers stranded in medium and high-risk areas.
