Gunma Prefecture announced on the 31st that it was confirmed that 136 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
The number of newly infected people announced on the 1st is the highest ever, exceeding 113 on May 13th.
Infection was confirmed in 8792 people in the prefecture, of which 155 died.
