22 months of struggle including eight of strike, this is the time it took for the chambermaids of the Ibis Batignolles hotel in Paris to win their case.
Employed by a subcontractor company STN, they demanded the same working conditions as their Accor counterparts.
After tough negotiations, the agreement containing a salary increase and a reduced work rate was signed in the morning.
Behind the scenes of this battle with Claude Levy, representative of the CGT-HPE union (Prestige and economic hotels).
