Tension has been mounting between Kinshasa and Kigali since the M23, a Congolese rebel movement defeated in 2012, became active again a few months ago in eastern DRC.
After a meeting between the Congolese heads of state, Felix Tshisekedi, and Rwandan, Paul Kagame, last week in Angola, supposed to begin a de-escalation between the two countries, the accusations were quick to fuse.
Pierre Boisselet, coordinator of Ebuteli, the Congolese Institute for Research on Politics, Governance and Violence (a research partner structure of the Congo Study Group at New York University), is the guest from RFI.
