In an emergency, Xu Hongwei, a retired soldier living in the building opposite the girl (in a white vest), quickly rushed over and crawled along the gas pipeline to the floor where the girl was hanging. Holding the girl for more than 20 minutes, the rescuer who successfully broke the door and Xu Hongwei worked together to save the girl.
