Gifu Prefecture and Gifu City have announced that 57 new people have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
A total of 5473 people have been confirmed to be infected in Gifu prefecture.
It is the first time since the 16th of this month that the number of infected people per day has exceeded 50.
