Gifu Prefecture and Gifu City announced on the 28th that 31 new people have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
It is the first time in about a month and a half since the 12th of last month that the number of infections announced per day exceeds 30.
The total number of infected people in Gifu prefecture is 9514.
