At 15:10 on March 25, China Southern Airlines flight CZ6433 took two "national treasure-level beauties" from Wuhan Zoo back to their hometown in Sichuan.

Two sisters, Chun Qiao and Pang Niu from Ya'an, Sichuan, came to Wuhan Zoo in 2019. "Chun Qiao" was born on August 8, 2015, and "Pang Niu" was born on August 17, 2016. Their current weights are respectively 107 kg and 117 kg. In nature, giant pandas under 5 years old belong to juveniles.

Nowadays, "Chun Qiao" has completed their "Morning Ceremony" in Wuhan. They spent two years in Jiangcheng Wuhan, bringing joy to every tourist who came to visit them.

According to the plan, starting from January 1, 2021, Wuhan Zoo will undergo a comprehensive renovation and will be temporarily closed for 2 years. The opening time will be determined in accordance with the construction progress of the project after 2 years, and will be announced to the public in time.

In order to avoid construction noise disturbance, it is the best choice to send the giant pandas back to their hometown in Sichuan.

Will "Chun Qiao" and "Pang Niu" come back again after they return to their hometown?

The relevant person in Wuhan Zoo replied that "Chun Qiao" and "Pang Niu" may not return to Wuhan again, but when the Wuhan Zoo is upgraded and rebuilt, they will continue to apply to the China Giant Panda Conservation and Research Center for the admission of giant pandas. At that time, there will be new ones. The giant pandas came to accompany the citizens of Wuhan.
