France will be able to rely on the Social Democratic Chancellor Olaf Scholz, at the head of a pro-European government, alongside environmentalists and liberals.

Here too, the objective of the French presidency to establish European minimum wages is echoed by neighboring Germany, which is preparing to set a minimum wage at 12 euros an hour.

Another sign of the alignment of the planets between the two partners: Germany has announced that it wants to take advantage of its G7 presidency to support France.
