The France Télévisions group announced Friday that it was the victim of a cyber attack, targeting one of its broadcasting sites, which however had no impact on its antennae.

The group said in a brief statement that "one of its broadcast sites has been infected with a computer virus".

"For the time being, the teams are fully mobilized and broadcasting on the air is not impacted in the short term," added the public group.

"Nevertheless, the broadcasting of France 3 will be transferred to the headquarters of France Televisions and the backup site has already been activated," said the company.
