In November and December 2018, Mayor Oh Jeon, a member of the Democratic Party, forcibly molested an employee of Busan City Hall, and in April 2020, molested another employee, Mr. B, in the mayor's office, causing injuries such as post-traumatic stress disorder to this employee.
